About Team

Role: This person will play a key role in driving the brand marketing strategy and execution of the strategy for Myntra Beauty through new age marketing to broaden Myntra’s conversational scope and drive brand love. Through this effort, he/ she will help build thought

leadership for Myntra in fashion.

Responsibilities
Help execute brand communication strategy for Myntra Beauty. Identify and formulate the key pillars of the overall brand strategy for the year.Chalk out the annual marketing calendar and formulate actionable marketing plans (with a strong digital focus) to deliver on brand and business objectives.End to end planning and execution of innovative marketing campaigns.Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand on-going business and category requirementsLiaison with the internal research team to work out how consumer/ category insights feed into communication strategy and fine tune creative for better impact on brand and business goals.Brief the creative agency and oversee start to end creative asset development across social media, influencer & content campaigns, including leading associations, collaborations, driving innovations and 360 degree brand interventionsBrief internal and external media teams, monitor the execution and evaluate the outcomes vs objective of media initiative.Analyzing and reporting campaign performance and drawing learnings for future course of action

Qualifications & Experience
5-6 years of relevant work experience of working on brands managing the communication and brand strategy. In depth knowledge of social media and influencer marketing. Bonus to have fashion/ beauty related experience.Has exposure to the creative development process, including multi-media campaign creation and execution, media planning and digital planning etc.Having strong creative bent of mind, with ability to generate ideas to drive brand awareness and visibilityHas an analytical bent of mind and is able to understand dataCross functional team management skills to liaison with both external agencies and internal stakeholdersExperience of working in and unstructured environment, entrepreneurial in natureExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated, open to learning with an extremely positive attitude
