This is a remote position.
The ideal candidate would be excited to work as a full time recruiter and would want to build a professional career in the recruitment field.

The role would involves, Sourcing resumes, Screening candidates as per the clients requirements, Coordinating with candidates about interview and documentation, Negotiating offers and salaries.

The role would also involve Support other recruiters in closing their positions.

Requirements
The candidate should have experience in the recruitment industry either as a HR generalist prfseeional or as a recruiter. Those who do not have experience in recruitment, should be able to demonstrate the ability to handle rejections and should demonstrate high level of influencing skills.
