Junior Developer – PEP graduate trained in Java full stack with Angular

We are looking for senior full stack Java Developer to join our awesome team and deliver a streamlined user experience. We want a team member who strives to develop a first class codebase using Angular best practices. As an AngularJS Developer, you will implement a complete user interface in the form of a mobile and desktop web app.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
“• Engages with the business development team and/or customer early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customers’ business problem/goals.
Overall responsibility for understanding a customer’s brief and converting that into appealing, highly usable interfaces.Develops understanding of the end users of the website/application through secondary and primary research (user interviews, traffic data). Capable of generating user personas and user scenarios.Prepares low fidelity prototypes of sites/features (ranging from paper-and-pencil concepts to wireframes or interactive prototypes) for internal review and brain storming.Presents high fidelity designs/mock-ups to the customer for review/iteration/approval.Keep the interface beautiful and easy to use. Direct the visual appearance of all new features and enhancements on existing applicationsAct as the user-advocate during the development process, subjecting early-stage designs to usability testing or expert review, and offer implementation suggestions from a user-centered perspectiveAct as “go to” with in-depth knowledge of user interface best practices and standards.
Capable of gauging technical feasibility of the prototype.Conceptualized Design Business / Marketing Presentation.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Strong expertise with HTML, CSS, and writing cross-browser compatible code.Good understanding of AJAX and JavaScript Dom manipulation TechniquesExperience with RESTful servicesExperience in JavaScript
Expert in any one of the modern JavaScript MV-VM/MVC frameworks (AngularJS, JQuery, NodeJS, GruntJS)Hand on and implements complex AngularJS applications, directives, controllers, servicesCritical thinker and problem-solving skillsTeam playerGood time-management skillsGreat interpersonal and communication skills
