Job Description

Overview:

Support the HR Advisor and HR OPS Manager NER in the delivery of the strategic people plan for the UK and Ireland
This role is primarily to assist the HR Manager and UK HR Advisor in achieving the short, medium and long term HR departmental and operational objectives. Proactive delivery of processes and systems to ensure the timely monitoring, reporting, and implementation of HR data.

Employee Relations
Disciplinary or a Grievance investigations, note taking, and administrative supportProviding telephone and face to face advice and guidance121 coaching and advice in ER matters to supervisors and team leadersApply UK employment law/MSA policy knowledge and expertise to ER casesCoordination and report analytics of absence management, labour turnover, D&G

Communication and Stakeholder Management
Liaison with external agencies, inc. recruitment agencies, Occupation Health, Financial advisors, Fleet agencies, Health suppliers, AuditorsInternal communication and liaison with Local Functional Leads, Line Managers, Team Leaders and AssociatesCommunication of report to Regional, European and International stakeholders within the business

Administration and Project Support
Assist in the development of company policies and procedures to address business needs.

Assist management in the development of job descriptions, postings, position
