Digital Marketing Associate Manager
Overview
The Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for the day to day management of Free People performance marketing programs including SEM (inclusive of Shopping), Natural Search, Display and Programmatic channels. This person will partner with cross-functional teams at Free People to understand the business and oversee third party agencies to react to trends and drive top line revenue at a profitable ROAS. The Associate is also responsible for driving tactical strategies that align with brand goals and reporting on performance to greater Marketing teams.
Responsibilities
Partner with marketing agencies & internal team on implementation of channel strategies which include SEM, Display retargeting, and Natural Search. Heavy focus on day to day optimizations to drive a profitable ROAS, top line demand and acquire new customers.
Responsible for both Global and International account management & performance
Partner with Creative, Brand Marketing and Social Media Teams on monthly campaigns to elevate content across owned paid marketing channels
Assist with reporting and communication of channel results on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to internal partners
Monitor the marketplace and competitors, keeping the Brand informed of industry initiatives and key developments
Support YouTube channel growth, partnering closely with Social Media and Brand Marketing teams to drive organic and paid strategy
Qualifications
2-3 years of digital marketing experience at a retailer or agency
Experience managing a paid search program to a profitable ROI
Ability to analyze marketing campaigns, determine measurable results and present recommendations and learnings
Experience both developing and executing digital marketing strategies and tactics
Data, technical focused individual with web analytics experience
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
