We are a Minnesota based family owned business with an opening for a Digital Marketing Manager. We are seeking a talented individual who would lead all areas of digital marketing, including HubSpot campaigns, SEO and SEM channels to drive leads, while optimizing and growing paid marketing programs. This position will be officed out of our North American Trailer location located in Inver Grove Heights, MN. Hours Monday-Friday 1st shift. We like to work hard, play hard and take pride in everything we do!
The essential duties include:Support and execute Hubspot campaigns to drive leads to all business units and work to increase revenue with high value accounts.Drive paid search and display strategy and execution.Analyze, develop and manage Search Engine Optimization.Incorporate keyword strategy and content strategy for SEO to drive website traffic and conversions including writing, crafting and optimizing copy for blogs, web pages, digital ads, for customer acquisition success.Build and manage analytics reporting & data studio dashboards and monitor and improve KPI’s.Own website changes, creating new landing pages, add content, linking and keywords to position for improvementStay up to date on the latest trends and best practices.Perform annual audits, analysis and recommend strategy and changes.Conduct weekly meetings and provide weekly performance, trends, and progress reports.Manage paid media campaigns in other platforms as needed such as Facebook.Special projects as needed

Position Requirements:Strong understanding of data-driven strategies and able to transform data into strategies to drive leads to different business units across all companies.Experience across a range of digital channels including SEO, PPC, content, e-mail, social, reporting and analyticsKnowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, SEO and SEO tools, WordPress, Google Tag Manager, Google Console, Google Data StudioHubspot experienceGood communication skillsSelf-starting, motivated, proactive team playerManage multiple projectsTrack record of success growing paid and organic search traffic and driving conversionsContent creation experience, creative thinkerAbility to support high-volume of projects across a wide range of business unitsB2B experience a plusHighly skilled and established in areas of SEO, technical and non-technical (on-page & off-site), link building and PPC.
