Mastercard’s Cyber & Intelligence Solutions team in Europe leverages world-class security products and services to lead multi-product commercialization initiatives.

As part of this organization, the Vice President, Product Management Cyber & intelligence Solutions is responsible for developing and managing Decisioning, AI and Behavioural Biometrics related products and services which Mastercard can offer customers across all related stakeholders including, consumers, issuers, acquirers, processors, and merchants.

This role will work closely with both internal, external, private and public sector parties to understand the needs and technology required to deliver applicable solutions. This role will report to the Senior Vice President, Cyber & Intelligence Solutions Europe. The location of this position is London (UK) or Waterloo (Belgium).

Demonstrate a clear understanding of the risk and fraud industry as it relates to risk and fraud decisioning tools, the use of artificial intelligence, and the importance of authentication, across all relevant industries (not just cards & payments)
Develop and implement a relevant C&I product development go-to-market strategy, with a clear focus on customer needs and market opportunity
Manage the product lifecycle including business case creation, viability study technology assessment, go-to-market plan and product development.
Engage with key stakeholders; issuers, merchants, consumer focus groups and governments to ensure detail viability study of proposed solutions
Engage with the various divisional expert teams and sales teams to build out a detailed go-to market plan for the European region, with a clear focus on scaling product sales and developing effective partnership models
Work with key stakeholders to develop product roadmaps
Identify and lead multi-product commercialization initiatives, including establishing go-to-market approach and key performance indicators for products, setting objectives in partnership with regions, and driving commercial plans to ensure success; engage in customer conversations
Drive product and consumer strategies for an existing suite of products to be leveraged with cross- functional teams, and develop a clear strategy for positioning products with reseller partners as well as outside of the traditional cards & payments industry vertical
Responsible for overall product regional team revenue performance
Represent the Product Management function when negotiating complex business models, partnerships, transactions, and other commercial agreements, and when navigating industry wide regulation
Test, challenge and improve product business cases for overall viability and financial validity, leveraging business and financial acumen
Act as an expert, advocate and champion for designated products to stakeholders
Recommend and influence product pricing, and oversee the development of training and other product support materials for MasterCard’s most critical products
Manage cross-functional groups/teams to ensure compliance to goal setting and performance appraisal processes; coach and develop employees as an organizational resource.
Identify and lead multi-product commercialization initiatives, including establishing go-to-market approach and key performance indicators for products, setting objectives in partnership with regions, and driving commercial plans to ensure success

All About You

Experience and understanding of existing and emerging security threats, mitigation techniques, security policy development and execution.
Exposure to artificial intelligence and modelling principles
Technical familiarity with existing and emerging security technologies, related risks and business opportunities
Knowledge of and experience with fraud and risk management applications, tools, and solutions
Experience and comfort in presenting fraud & risk to senior level audiences and simplification of complex security related topics including threat and risk analysis and mitigation technology and best practices
Ability to influence with effective communications and negotiation skills
Experience in working with cross functional teams in getting projects executed
