Pepsico in Burnsville is currently seeking CDL Class A Delivery Trucker Drivers to join our team in Burnsville, MN!URGENT HIRING – MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE- SIGN-ON BONUS!Pay: $80,000 per year$15,000 SIGN ON BONUS for CDL-A holders with 1 year experience, no restrictions, $10,000 for CDL-A holders with less than one year experience, no restrictions. The payout structure would be as follows: $3,750 at 30 days, $3,750 after 90 days and $7,500 after 1 year. Base, Commission, and VROTFull benefits and 401k package starting on DAY 1Great hours!Home every night!Benefits: Medical, dental, visionPTO401KLife and Disability InsuranceAnd many more!QUALIFICATIONS: Valid CDL A licenseHigh School Diploma or GEDPass the physical capabilities test (if applicable)Pass the required background checksPass DOT physical and DOT Road TestFollow DOT RegulationsRESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver products and execute all promotionsService all scheduled customers by the end of shiftMerchandise all accounts to local standardsFollow DOT regulationsEstablish positive working relationships with primary contact at each accountRegular, reliable, predictable attendancePOSITION SUMMARY: This position is labor-intensive, requiring lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling a significantly high volume of cases per day ranging from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly during work hours.Position delivers products to stores on an established route or via dynamic dispatch to customers including convenience and gas stores, small supermarkets, drug stores, etc. (average of 15-20 stops per day).Drives the delivery vehicle to a location, unloads and brings products into the store, and is responsible for ongoing rotating and stocking of products on store shelves, displays, vending equipment, and in coolers.Builds displays and sets up promotional materials such as pricing signs and banners. Generates invoices and is responsible for daily settlement of cash and charges.Has frequent interaction with store management.It also requires reaching, squatting, and bending while delivering and merchandising products in the store and delivering products across a wide variety of weather conditions.
