The TikTok LIVE team’s mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.
As part of the US LIVE Operations Team, the US Content and Campaign Manager will be responsible for ensuring that communities, including creators and viewers, understand how to grow and be successful on TikTok LIVE. This role will be responsible for building programs and activations that inspire communities to thrive, with a focus on education, experimentation, and incentivization.
Build scaled programs and education based on live streaming best practices that focus on helping new TikTok LIVE creators get started, existing TikTok LIVE communities stay engaged and motivated
Build incentive programs and promotions that inspire creators to leverage the latest and most popular TikTok LIVE product offerings and experiences
Create off-platform acquisition strategies that can help drive awareness of TikTok LIVE to potential creators and influencers
Provide insights, recommendations, and direction on community engagement strategies
Lead and project manage key programs and events that support the Live creator ecosystem
BS/BA and 3+ years of experience working in consumer content development, campaign management, or creator/community marketing
Strong understanding how to drive influence at scale to creator and community ecosystems
Ability to analyze campaign performance and make recommendations on changes and future improvements
Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills
Ability to work independently and time manage multiple sensitive and high profile initiatives
Deep passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture
Creative mindset and thought process that’s focused on teaching creators how to grow and thrive
Experience in the live streaming space and understanding of live streaming trends
Mandarin language at business proficiency
