Job Summary: Responsible for the monthly close process including creating and entering journal entries, performing monthly account reconciliations, and loading financial data into Hyperion. This position will also work to standardize and streamline current processes as well as assist with various financial projects.Required Skills: Oversee monthly financial close including journal entries, Hyperion loads and reconciliationsAssist with preparation of Annual Operating Plan and monthly forecastingCoordinate and support international entities on monthly close proceduresReconcile intercompany activity with international entitiesAssist in maintaining all internal controls as well as assisting with all external and internal auditsFacilitate transfer pricing with Tax, as well as assisting with statutory auditsReview and maintain capital spending requests schedule, including forecast and budgetRequired Experience: 5+ years of experience in all aspects of accounting, manufacturing preferredB.S. degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with accounting concentrationKnowledge of GAAP accounting and automated accounting systemsExperience with non-US entities preferredStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsAbility to interact with all levels of employees, management, and outside professionalsOutstanding communication skillsExcellent computer/systems/PC skillsAbility to perform, manage and/or direct multiple tasks and determine prioritiesERP System experience, JDE E1, a plusHyperion experience a plusExperience reviewing and maintaining operating and capital leases preferredJob Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 – $101,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:Atlanta, GA 30328: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Accounting: 5 years (Required)Blackline: 2 years (Required)Work Location: One location
