What will you be doing in this role?
The Accounts Payable team is looking for a full time individual to join their department to:
Assist with high volume processing of payments using PeopleSoft and OnBase electronic images and OCR.
Exception resolution and analysis.
Report and vendor statement analysis and reconciliation.
Provide customer and supplier service.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required. AA or Bachelors in business, accounting or related major a plus.
A minimum of five years’ of accounts payable or related experience required.
Skills/Experience we are Seeking:
Experience with handling and managing large volumes of transactions.
Experience with using Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong analytics skills.
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
