Reporting to the Social Media Manager, you will manage the daily content creation, community management of and publishing for our Red Bull USA social media community. You are an enthusiastic and native consumer in social platforms like TikTok and Instagram, with a refined understanding of what engages you and others. You’ll create a unique ownable persona/tone for our channels and background as an end-to-end content creator with an acute understanding of what’s trending and how/when that should be translated to a broader national social narrative. You will share specific content and copy centric ideas around how we can attract the next generation of Red Bull super fans, our gen-z entry point consumers.

COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT & PUBLISHINGRun the management of our publishing calendarBring to life our voice, tone and identityProvide and complete excellent community management/copywriting and publishing practices across platforms like TikTok and InstagramStay on top of cultural moments, trends and upcoming Red Bull Intellectual Property releases to create reactive opportunities for our communityTake a fresh social lens to Red Bull’s existing marketing mix including live events, sport and culture programming, on-premise activations, festivals and moreUse programming strategies to convert social reach into engaging experiencesEnsure Red Bull’s presence in American, priority sport and culture playgrounds, are represented on social platforms with a clear value proposition to consumers
CONTENT CREATIONBuild and implement social media content formats for Red Bull USA channels like TikTok and Instagram with an end of goal of building love and trust with entry point consumer audiencesIdeate then create content natively in app, with a hook, point of view, and personality, using creative approaches to format, structure and presentation of contentHelp review preliminary and final treatments, graphics, music, rough cuts and final versions of applicable new creative content that may need to be developed (in part) off appAid in the daily post-production workflowBe experimental with content; take risks with what you’re creating; and be original. Turn one-off hits into successful repeatable formats.Identify content that appeals to Red Bull entry point consumers and followers of Red Bull opinion leaders/athletes
