WHAT YOU’LL DO
Researching industry-related topics that is in accordance to BCG’s business priorities
Gather an understanding of the content requirement from function areas and draft communications as required
Draft internal communications and leadership messages
Write media articles and POVs
Work with Marketing colleagues to write compelling content for online platforms like the BCG India website and for social media channels
Compile and summarize researched information, data, and statistics in reports, documents, and case studies
Writing clear marketing copy to promote thought leadership, leadership messages, subject matter expert perspectives
YOU’RE GOOD AT
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills conveying a positive personal and professional image with excellent standards of professional behavior and ethics
Strong process/project management and negotiation skills
Ability to handle difficult situations with poise, understanding, and tact

Adept at understanding and managing SEO
Experience in email automation tools.
Experience of having worked in a consulting/professional services firm will be an added advantage
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
4-6 years relevant experience in content writing.
Excellent writing and editing skills.
A sharp mind with a good understanding of information.
A strong ability to read, grasp, understand, analyze and reproduce the information in a methodical and goal-oriented manner.
Capable of studying and analyzing data from a broad range of disciplines.
A good understanding of industry-specific terminology.
