Job Description

Grauman Rosenfeld Group is looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As Social Media Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You’ll drive audience growth and engagement across multiple social platforms by scheduling content, writing copy and monitoring content and channel performance.
This is not a digital marketing or SEO defined role. It requires specific, social media experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for spearheading social content and strategy for 3 brand laterals across all associated platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest and others
Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
Create and implement weekly and monthly social media calendars
Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
Ensure informational and grammatical accuracy of posts and copy
Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between fans and the company
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness
Create actionable plans and KPIs to both grow and maintain followers
Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

Skills and Experience:

3-5 years of social media management experience with brand or agency
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field
Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Sprout and Hootsuite
Strong computer skills using Google Workspace, Asana and Adobe Suites
Strong knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content and social media analytics and KPIs
Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
Knowledge of real estate industries a plus
