Main purpose of the Social Media Community Manager role:
This is a full time role for a candidate who will assist the Senior Manager, Social Media + Content for all things related to @revolve, @fwrd + owned-brand accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Work with and under the direction of the Senior Manager, Social Media, for content posting, strategy and cohesion
Own the planning, curation, management, and execution of creative and strategic posting across various REVOLVE and REVOLVE owned-brand social accounts, including but not limited to Instagram, IG Stories, Reels, Pinterest, and YouTube
Ensure messaging, brand voice, and aesthetic curation is consistent across channels and in line with the evolving REVOLVE brand identity
Write engaging and compelling copy, often under tight deadline, with the ability to storytell across posts, platforms and campaigns
Own the execution of internal campaign rollouts across multiple social channels and platforms
Liaise with external stakeholders, designers, influencers, and brands for content collection and for future planning initiatives
Liaise with internal stakeholders across the brand marketing department to ensure proper social support of ongoing priorities and initiatives
Expand and engage the social community with daily listening, maintenance, conversation, and monitoring across platforms, with a particular focus on Instagram
Engage, grow, and convert social media fans and followers
Help manage and prioritize real-time audience communication across social channels
Work closely with internal stakeholders across social, brand partnerships, influencer relations, and sponsorship teams to deliver to internal and external standards
Translate performance and analytic data to actionable insights and strategy changes
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
Excellent copywriting skills
Knowledge in using photo and video editing apps to create social assets
Experienced managing a social media for a large company, preferably in the fashion, lifestyle, or adjacent spaces
Strong collaborator who takes direction well and is a team-player
Ability to pivot quickly and adapt easily to strategy or deadline changes
Ability to manage multiple Instagram accounts
Fluency in social media trends, both current and longterm
Experience rolling out campaigns across social media, in addition to daily posting maintenance
Facility with social media posting, listening and analytics tools
Ability and experience in capturing content optimized for social media, not just posting or maintaining an account
Extremely organized and thrives on multitasking, fast-paced environments
3-4 years of experience
Strong knowledge of the influencers and brands aligned with REVOLVE brands
Passion for social media
Strong working knowledge of the competitive landscape
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and strategies
Possess an eye for aesthetic curation and cohesive visual and written storytelling
5 years of experience
Experience managing a major brand’s social media presence on Instagram or other highly trafficked social platform
Experience in the fashion or influencer industry
Experience with Dash Hudson
