As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our growth in the SIEM market and for guiding the direction and development of our SaaS security analytics and SIEM platform. This is a highly visible and critical role in the organization.Responsibilities: Keeping a pulse on the SIEM market as a whole, including key competitive moves, end-user needs, and evolving trends to better anticipate future requirementsEngaging with customers, colleagues and industry experts to ascertain market needs and develop a roadmap for the company’s product portfolioUsing the product roadmap to plan new project activities and coordinate product development with engineering teamsLeading strategic projects end-to-end; working closely with design, engineering and architecture to determine and agree upon critical capabilities, required outcomes, definitions of successManaging requirements and mapping those into a prioritized backlog based on impact/value and level of effortBuilding internal and external facing support material that outline the features, differentiators and benefits of the platformDetermining the viability of new features and services; understanding the cross-functional requirements of these implementationsPosition Requirements: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive delivery7+ years of technical product management5+ years of relevant security experienceFoundational knowledge of: SIEM, information security, incident response methodologies, vulnerability assessments, digital forensics, operating systems, and network security appliances (IDS/IPS, NGFW, Web Proxy, WAF, VPN, etc.)Intermediate knowledge of: cloud computing, computer network defense, information systems, network security and infrastructure design, data science, machine learning, threat intelligence, and UEBAExcellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to technical and non-technical audiencesStrong decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize and executeMust be a US CitizenWhy work for Adlumin?Great opportunity to work for a fast-growing company.Equity – you’ll receive an initial stock option grant as well as the ability to earn additional stock options on a regular basis401(k)Health benefits – Medical, Dental, VisionUnlimited PTOEquipment – laptop for work usageFlexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the USAdlumin is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
