SERVICE DELIVERYMANAGERSALARY: £COMPETITIVE + CAR ALLOWANCELOCATION: REMOTEHOURS: 37.5 PER WEEK**SERVICE DELIVERYMANAGERLiaise directly with risual Managed Servicesteam and clients, forging and maintainingexcellent communication links andrelationships and ensuring that we deliver aquality service and high level of care to risualclients.Run client service review meetings, creatingperformance reports and presentations,tracking service improvements, quality andprocesses.Manage Service Transition and associatedonboarding of clients into risual ManagedServices.Define, document and agree Service LevelAgreements (SLAs) with clients.Own and run a continual serviceimprovement programme of works.Ensure services are delivered againstcontracted SLAs and KPIs and reviewed withclients regularly.Act as the key point for any escalations takingresponsibility for ensuring a satisfactoryoutcome.Ensure that systems, processes andmethodologies as specified are followed tosure effective monitoring, control andsupport of service delivery.The Role DescriptionThe Service Delivery Manager forms part of theService Delivery Team which sits in the risualManaged Services (rMS) division. The primaryrole of rMS is to provide excellence inmanagement and support for all ManagedServices clients to ensure that customersatisfaction and experience leads to growth,annuity and contract renewals.The role of a Service Delivery Manager in therisual Managed Service Team is to:Produce detailed, regular reports, writing forboth external clients and to meet internalrequirements.Track profitability on accounts and ensurecustomer value is deliveredEnsure service delivery is aligned anddelivered to ITIL framework and ISO2000certification standards.To be successful in the role, you must be ableto demonstrate the following skills andexperience:Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experiencewithin a Service Delivery role or ServiceOperations team leader roleMust have experience of working within theITIL framework and can evidence that with anITIL certification.Must have excellent & influential written andverbal reasoning skillsMust be able to evidence excellent customerservice skillsExcellent attention to detailAble to exceed against service managementKPIs and targetsMust be able to show a commercialunderstanding and understand howManaged Service provide value to the clientMust hold or be able to successfully achieveand maintain NPPV3 with SC.Must have good analytical skills to produceand analyse Service reporting andManagement informationEssential CriteriaWant to apply?If you like what you see and want to apply,please email careers@risual.com with acovering letter and your CV.
