We have a great career opportunity at AXA Health, a leading private healthcare organisation, for a Senior Marketing Executive to join us on a 11 month Fixed Term Contract/ Secondment. We are looking for an experienced and professional marketer who can confidently represent themselves and the Marketing team (alongside Sales) to clients to acquire new individual customers and be able to plan and develop direct to consumer campaigns.
You will be working within our Individual Growth Marketing team with a specific focus on working with our Employer partners and driving direct and digital marketing activity to drive leads and sales. This will involve the planning and execution of B2B and B2C campaigns as you’ll be working with the employer groups to promote health solutions to their employees. At AXA, we’re adopting a Hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and our Tunbridge Wells office.
What you’ll be doing;
Campaign Planning: Contribute to optimising growth marketing plans, taking ownership of your own marketing campaigns required to achieve agreed targets. Evidence a test and learn approach to continuous improvement.
Campaign Management/Execution: Deliver and monitor campaigns, taking corrective action where necessary and looking for greater efficiencies and cost savings. Manage implementation of new campaigns from start to finish and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget. Own any resulting customer expectations created (for example ensuring incentive redemption).
Results and MI focus: Provide campaign performance information in and help contribute to a results-driven culture measuring campaigns against lead, cost per lead, enrolment, cost per enrolment and Gross Written Premium targets.
Stakeholder Management: Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to drive responsive growth marketing campaigns
External supplier management: at a campaign level, liaise with external parties to ensure highest value is driven from relationship
Qualifications
Planning and developing direct and digital marketing programmes
Experience of owning your numbers and delivering to targets
Analytical skills and performance marketing experience
Campaign management – email, display, direct mail, press advertising, advertorial and web journeys
Client facing and confident communicator
Excellent organisational skills
Strong relationship building skills
