Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
15 years of experience leading technology teams and building products
Experience in organizational leadership, including experience working with and influencing teams and executive leads
Preferred qualifications:

Experience in thought leadership and creating high quality products
Experience building products that serve enterprise customers, while still maintaining agility and fast-moving development cycles
Experience in leadership with the ability to work well across business units, building relationships in order to deliver on joint objectives and key results
Understanding of the learning and education landscape, challenges, and opportunities
Excellent business acumen with a bias for action, passion for learning and education, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Commitment to building inclusive teams and team culture

As a Senior Director of Product Management, Education, you will use your passion for learning and education, as well as your technology expertise and business acumen to advance Google’s education product portfolio. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to develop and execute product vision. You will lead a team to build and scale our product organization.

As a Product Manager at Google, you could be working on new technologies, platforms, consumer facing products, and/or enterprise systems. Responsibilities
Build and scale a portfolio of products that serve the needs of students, teachers, and educators.
Develop and execute the product vision, business strategy, and roadmap. Work across the organization and partner with Sales and Marketing teams to bring the best of Google to learning and education.
Push the envelope on how technology can help people learn, by pioneering tech-enabled experiences, including leveraging the latest advancements in AI and ML.
Continue to build and scale the product organization. Mentor and help the team grow into positions of influence and scale.
Unlock roadblocks at a variety of levels and cultivate collaboration across Google through leadership, creativity, intelligence, and presence.
