We’re looking for a Senior Accountant to join the team at our offices in Atlanta. Our perfect candidate will thrive in a fun and casual environment, pay it forward daily, and add value to the company by owning the accounting process around our meal broker partners (DoorDash, Postmates, etc.) This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to dig into data, build models and create processes! NOTE: we have a hybrid work model, with three days in the office and two days working from home!


Responsible for timely and accurate completion of monthly analysis and reconciliations for meal broker accounts.
Document and process accounting transactions in accordance with Company policies and procedures to support an accurate and timely month-end close process, including journal entry preparation.
Participate in year-end audit, completing requests on a timely basis as needed.
Provides support to other teams to help improve business processes and systems.
Prepare ad-hoc analysis and financial reporting to management, as requested.
Work to review current processes and recommend/develop improvements to support the business.
Willingness to take on additional responsibilities, as needed.

Degree in finance, accounting and 4 or more years’ experience in an accounting role. CPA or CPA-in-progress is a big plus, as is public accounting experience. Prior work experience with a company that is multi-location and preferably retail, along with excellent financial and analysis skills and a background in accounting and finance principles. Also must have strong business sense and great communication skills and – of course – great Excel skills are a must! Experience with Great Plains accounting system and TM1 reporting software is a big plus.
