This individual can work remote initially with the expectation to relocate to the Denver area with a hybrid work schedule option

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A TUFF SHED SALESFORCE DEVELOPER?

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for application development that aligns with the strategic direction of the company to continue to develop and deploy stable, scalable user interfaces that provide seamless workflows to our end users. Your passion is delivering quality code and configuration to meet project timelines while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will enjoy participating in the design phase by producing high level architecture and database designs. You are experienced in app-exchange applications and integrations with other enterprise systems.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The essential functions for this position include but are not strictly limited to:

Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce platform
Develop in Salesforce Flow, Visualforce, Apex, Java, AJAX, and other technologies to build customized solutions
Develop salesforce data management and migration tools or scripts
Testing the stability and functionality of the application
Identify, diagnose, and resolve problems and bugs
Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software
Seek out ways to utilize Salesforce to improve processes and productivity
Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts
Act as a point of escalation for Service Desk ticketing for advanced issue resolution
Work in a highly collaborative team environment with other application developers and the IT Support Desk to design solutions for business problems

QUALIFICATIONS:

General software development experience (using languages such as Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, etc.) preferred
Experience working within the Salesforce platform and suite of tools (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Field Service Lightning, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
Experience administering and developing for Salesforce using Apex and Flows preferred
Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce.com architecture and API
Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications via APIs, REST, or SOAP using an enterprise service bus
Demonstrated knowledge of fundamental computer science concepts
Demonstrated knowledge in constructing solid and efficient data models, with emphasis on hierarchies, parent to child relationships, and junctions
Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with co-workers, end users, and technology providers
Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines to meet required schedules
Ability to express technical terms in basic language, both verbally and written
Ability to learn and understand new software platforms as they are developed or launched
Salesforce certifications are a bonus: Admin, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, and or any Architect certifications

MINIMUN EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education/experience.
