Is it important for you what product you need to represent and sell on a day-to-day basis? Come and join the movie industry and sell Warner Bros, DC., and Harry Potter! We are looking for a new Retail Manager who will be the face for our Retail business and our merchandise products – so you’ll manage the license sales for FMCG, Fashion, and Stationary Businesses on an operative and strategic level in a team of 5 people.
You know what the day-to-day job is – you’ll build good relationships with our partners, and you’ll do your magic to increase our presence in-store / online.
Strategic sales forecasting and planning.
Identify new opportunities and ways to bridge product and consumer gaps by retailer.
Work with all relevant stakeholders – internally and externally and cooperate closely with our licensing department as well.
Develop the right range and pricing to service the end consumer and retail proposition.
Plan and implement retail roadshows / presentations with key retailers.
Retail buying or licensing experience.
Clear understanding of how branded product works at retail.
A sound understanding of retail operations; sales, stock & margin importance to retailers – and how licensed product and executions fit within these parameters.
You can develop plans and strategies and follow them.
You have the necessary persistence for sales, you are not scared to follow-up or call someone more than once.
The Nice to Haves
Retail marketing, licensing, or buying experience would be beneficial to this position.
An ability to build revenue forecasts ‘bottom up’, aiding the budgetary planning process.
