Working closely with the Head of Resourcing, General Managers, Regional Directors and Heads of Department, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Store Management and Support Centre vacancies. As the Resourcing Manager, you will have full responsibility and ownership of the process and will guide and upskill managers throughout.
The Resourcing Manager will be responsible for vacancy reporting, advertising and candidate management, and will work closely with the Resourcing Administrator to do this.
Key Responsibilities –
Store Management recruitment – working to understand the needs at this level, ensuring to deliver the best candidates that are available.
Building strong relationships with external partners where necessary, to increase and widen the Fridays candidate pool.
Implement and manage a smooth process to ensure that vacancies are well managed, backed up with on-going reporting.
To deliver a memorable candidate experience that reinforces our employer brand, showing Fridays as a great place to work.
Team Member recruitment support – coach, advise and work with Store Managers to recruit for their Team Member vacancies.
Lead on the development of a Team Member assessment process across stores and NSO’s.
To manage and develop the Resourcing Administrator and fixed term contract Resourcers.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
Background in in-house agency, search or RPO recruitment (mixture preferred).
Proven experience recruiting into managerial roles.
A strong people manager who can delegate tasks and develop and guide their team.
Proven experience in building external talent pools from scratch.
In-depth knowledge of search processes – Boolean search and head-hunting, utilising LinkedIn Recruiter.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
Strong organisational skills to balance, organise and prioritise workload.
Solid experience using Applicant tracking systems and other recruitment related tools.
