DIRECT HIRE!We are seeking a Recruiting Manager for a manufacturing client located in Mansfield, TX. The Recruiting Manager will supervise the recruitment efforts and recruitment staff. The Recruiting Manager will manage the entire recruitment life cycle, develop and manage all recruitment policies, processes and programs.Job Duties: Develop and implement a recruitment strategy to support organizational mission, vision and goals. Participate and/or lead in talent strategy sessions and apply knowledge gained to all aspects of the recruitment efforts.Provide management with information or training related to interviewing, performance appraisals, counseling techniques, or documentation of performance issues.Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports.Evaluate recruitment or selection criteria to ensure conformance to professional, statistical, or testing standards, recommending revisions, as needed.Manage recruitment team working by example to set high standards and outstanding leadership guidance offering on-going feedback and opportunities for development.Drive improvements to recruitment policies and processes to ensure an effective and high quality recruitment service is delivered and to provide regular recruitment metrics on the progress, i.e. (time-to-hire and cost-per-hire. Ensure recruiters and hiring managers have a clear mutual understanding of staffing policies, practices, processes and priorities;Job Requirements: Five years of light industrial and clerical recruiting experienceBA or BS in Business, Psychology, or Human Resources ManagementSHRM SCP or PHR PreferredStrong experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluationHands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo) and HR databasesSolid familiarity with social media and other professional recruitment networksExcellent verbal and written communication and team management skillsHigh level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation’Job Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 – $110,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayOn callExperience:Recruiting management: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
