Are you a dedicated and driven individual, who has a background in Quality?
We are looking for Quality Compliance Lead to join our team based at Hull – Alexandra, United kingdom. You will be involved in Implementing the range of professional Production Quality standards and concepts according to defined targets and processes.
This is an opportunity to be part of a growing team within a dynamic business, delivering innovation to the renewable energy and Industry.
Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:
Responsible for Implementing the local assessment programs in the factory.
Responsible for controlling the documents and ensure that the operational control documents are in check
Interaction with production team & senior leaders and update the information and keep the teams informed.
Attend the production meetings and support the extended quality assurance team.
Plans and completes unit-related Production Quality projects.
Implement the actions and monitor the effectiveness and sustainability of solutions with defined quality methods, e.g. 8D and FMEA.
Accompany the relocation projects in respect to all quality-relevant topics, e.g. transfer of FMEA and 8D records and production release via audits.
An advisor to management and business partners on advanced technical areas.
Advice and escalate to the accountable management of the unit, in all production quality-related issues.
Ensure and implement the production standards, guidelines and programs in an assigned plant environment.
Analyze the workflow environment and proposes improvements to management.
Execute the quality standards in Production Quality operations and processes.
Perform the production quality reporting and analysis.
Responsible for the effective cooperation with both, internal and external stakeholders
Perform the Quality coordination for all production products within Business Units and to other partner production sites.

Experience in Quality with ISO Standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 required
Looking for individual who is flexible and have the ability to work as an Individual coordinator.
Self-starter with a problem-solving skill, who can show the adaptability to prioritise multiple projects and work under pressure.
