Job summary

Following a significant redesign, agreed Government investment and a new model of care driven by an island wide strategy which will support all children and young people to thrive, Health and Wellbeing are now seeking a Quality and Assurance Manager for 15 hours per week as part of a job share arrangement.
This role will contribute to the Practice Improvement and Quality Assurance agenda within Health and Wellbeing in order to embed practice that leads to high quality outcomes, in Jersey, for children, young people and their families.
The successful applicant will lead the development and implementation of quality assurance systems and audit processes to report on the quality of the service provision and intervention planning for children, young people and families, in order to enable the directorate to improve the quality of the service provided.
Applicants should be a registered health professional with an in-depth knowledge of mental health quality assurance and related project management. Applicants will require good knowledge of IT systems, data analysis and report writing skills. The role will additionally involve the management of the CAMHS data officer and administration team, so leadership qualities are essential.
