General

Provide support to management in overseeing the day to day requirements related to project planning and coordination with the various stakeholders
Plan and coordinate activities for timely completion in coordination with the various stakeholders within AE
Work with the department manager on change order activities, project tracking, and document control activities
Ensure that all key documentation such as client receipts, client acceptance, change orders, variations, claims, etc. are secure, organized, and accessible to the approved stakeholders
Monitor project schedules to regularly foresee any delays or deviations
Develop progress reports to management
Oversee project correspondences and prepare and review project related emails, letters, proposals, memos, meeting minutes and other documents.
Review contract requirements and process invoices in timely manner.
Providing administrative support
Organizing project team meetings and recording minutes
Various ad hoc activities as deemed necessary to support the project or the HOD

Skills
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Equivalent.
2 years’ experience in a similar role
Must have experience inGCC
