Giusto is a new upscale casual Italian restaurant that offers a unique dining experience to our guests. Our “freestyle Italian” cuisine draws inspiration from all regions of Italy as well as nostalgic Rhode Island Italian-American dishes. Our chefs work directly with Rhode Island farmers and fishermen and source only the highest quality ingredients. The wine list is 100% Italian and features many natural and biodynamic producers with the same focus on quality. The rest of the beverage program includes great local craft beers and delicious cocktails using seasonal ingredients and many New England spirits. We strive to offer excellent hospitality and service to our guests and make it our priority as a restaurant to take care of our team. This has been a tough year and half for all of us and we have an opportunity as a restaurant community to change the old way of operating a restaurant and start putting the well being of our team first. We have family meal together every day and do our best to give each individual the balance they need in life to succeed at home and at work. We offer healthcare to our team and their families as well as a 30% discount at the restaurant. Education is important to us and we all work together to give each other the support we all need wether it’s a cook, server, host or dishwasher.
