We strive to create a healthy and enjoyable environment for every member of the teamAbout the roleWe are looking for a PPC Manager to devise and execute innovative strategies for our clients paid marketing campaignsYour responsibilities in the role will be:Develop strong relationships by demonstrating prompt, clear and informative communication with all stakeholdersEnsure all client accounts are in line with paid marketing best practice strategiesConfidently forecast client spend and return using account and external data insightsWork with Senior Manager to divide and execute innovative strategies to achieve client objectivesCross sell and up sell opportunities to clientsComplete monthly client work, including but not limited to bid and budget management campaign and ad copy builds and reporting.Consistently show you are the expert in PPC by sharing relevant industry insights internally and externally.Mentor junior members of the team.Be competent in all relevant tools such as; Google Analytics, Shoptimised and other measurement tools where applicable.About you;You will have experience in PPC and have a good understanding of the technical aspects of PPCCreative and innovative: You have the ability to identify new and creative ways of doing things.Organised: You’ll be confident managing a challenging workload, overseeing complex and multi-service projects, working to deadlines and prioritising tasks to keep on top of multiple campaigns, clients and other tasks.Action orientated: You’ll have the drive to get your work done done.Problem solving and decision making skills: The ability to look at any client challenges and make improvements to the client’s paid offeringData driven: You have the ability to analyse data understanding how the data can drive decisions for our clientsRelationship builder: You’ll have the ability to build relationships across the business and with clientsCollaborative: You’ll want to work as part of a talented team, collaborating and sharing ideas across the teamPresentation skills: You’ll take pride in the way you present communications and information to the team and clientsProactive: You’ll have the ability to manage your own time and work to deadlines.Researching skills: You’ll want to learn more, immersing yourself in reading blogs on biddable media to enhance your skills.An excellent communicator: You will have the ability to communicate complex technical information to clients in a way that they will understandThe Application ProcessThe application process consists of an initial 45 minute Googlemeets interview to find out more about how your skills fit against the role competencies and your experiences.
