Our clients include multinationals and SMEs, governments, non-governmental organisations, supra-nationals, and non-governmental organisations.Job DescriptionThe purpose of the Personal Assistant role is to provide critical business support to the Sales and Operations Management team (to ensure maximisation of efficiencies in the operation of the Division.Duties and responsibilities: Support travel requirements for Exec Director of Client Solutions and HOS – ticketing, accommodation, visas, transport – car rental or train tickets.Exec Director of Client Solutions & HOS diary and coordinate all required internal and external meetings.Process, manage & reconcile expense claims for Exec Director of Client Solutions & HOS on CONCUR system with Finance Team.Organizing sales / client events, conferences, and meetings.Manage operations and sales management team movements forecast spreadsheet.Coordinate management travel budget and authorisation process with Exec Director of Client Solutions and HOS.Ongoing engagement with Travel Manager for all travel related to Operations & Clinical Team.Support Travel Manager in vendor management for visa, hotel and air carrier service relations.Support the Exec Director of Client Solutions in research related to strategy and CSR initiativesThis list is non-exhaustive, and the role holder may be required to undertake additional duties that are not specifically listed above.QualificationsDemonstrable understanding of flight booking practices and arranging travel itinerariesExcellent computer skills and the ability to operate MS Office with Outlook, Word and PowerPointKnowledge and understanding of SalesForce – desirable but not essentialExcellent command of English language (Verbal and written)Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitaskLocation: Al Falak Street, DubaiJob Type: Full-time
