Deloitte is currently searching for a People Manager within the Global Risk Advisory People & Purpose Team. We are committed to deploying a consistent, coordinated talent experience so that our professionals and leaders can make an impact that matters to our clients. The Global Risk Advisory People & Purpose team collaborates with the member firm talent network and broader business on delivering innovative global priorities that enable a truly inclusive world class workforce.
Our work is varied ranging from diving and supporting DE&I activities, designing and delivering innovative, relevant Learning solutions as well as helping move the needle on Global Mobility, Talent Models and Talent Standards. There is never a dull day!
Leadership of specific projects and initiatives within each of the Inclusion, Learning and Globalization pillars of the Global Risk Advisory Talent Strategy.
Building strong relationships in order to support the relevant Global Risk Advisory Leaders and key stakeholders with the strategic direction of Talent initiatives that need to be undertaken to advance the broader GRA Strategy.
Collaboration and coordination with the wider Global Risk Advisory Program Lead network as well as the MF People & Purpose Council to support delivery of strategic priorities.
Support the Talent management of the Global Risk Advisory team, including engagement, development of team members and required talent processes, as appropriate.
Work with other Talent professionals outside of Global Risk Advisory to contribute to and shape the Deloitte People Experience.

Location: London based role
Work pattern: This is a permanent contract opportunity. The role can be worked on a full-time basis.
Your professional experience
Desired Level: Manager or equivalent
Strong project management and organizational skills, and attention to detail
Excellent strategic thinker, with demonstrated experience in business process and operational excellence
Passion for HR/Talent and People related topics
Consultative mindset and a strong desire to problem-solve
Ability to work globally and cross-culturally with varying professional levels and geographies, including senior PPMDs and US India colleagues
Flexibility to work across multiple time zones
Ability to predict and respond to leadership requests / needs
