Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, talented Pastry Chef for our bakery in Ras Al Khaimah.Duties and Responsibilities- Prepare and produce all pastry, desserts and sweet related dishes together with bakery items for the menu and ensuring items are of a consistently high standard.- Manage inventory.- Work proactively with the other kitchen team members to produce food with the desired quality.- Ensure all areas are clean and tidy after service.- Inspects pastry shop, baking equipment, and workers for cleanliness.- To ensure all dishes are served at the correct portion size, quality and temperature.- Take responsibility for the receipt and safe storage of food items, checking that goods are correct and of good quality and noting/resolving any discrepancies.- To provide support to other sections of the kitchen as and when required.- Do regular inspections and quality checks.- Any other reasonable duties as required to fulfill the needs of the business.Contract length: 24 monthsApplication Deadline: 09/01/2022Expected Start Date: 15/01/2022Job Types: Full-time, ContractSalary: From AED3,000.00 per monthWork Remotely:No
