THE ROLE
As a key member of the global Partner Marketing function, you will be responsible for developing implementing, and optimizing a marketing plan for Temenos’ strategic technology platform partners to drive awareness, insights, thought leadership, sales enablement.
Specifically, you will own the development and execution of the marketing strategy and plan for the hyperscaler partners such as Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud as well as other key technology partners.
This role requires a highly organized, driven, and energetic individual with strong project management skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for global engagement with top strategic cloud partners including: sales and marketing enablement; development of strategic partnership mission statement and value propositions and joint-GTM marketing plans in collaboration with sales and field marketing teams

Development and execution of strategic C-suite campaigns/industry initiatives cross LOBs to drive solution brand awareness and pipeline

Apply account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tactics

Use data and analytics to determine measurable customer insights and trends leading to sales and marketing impact

Measurement and return on investment reporting of your plans according to marketing industry standard methodologies.

Participate in the coordination of sales training for relevant solutions, programs and initiatives, including creation of content such as joint value-proposition, pitch decks and other marketing materials

Maintain strong and collaborative relationships with partner teams and regional marketing teams to ensure sharing of best practices and leveraging of resources.

Find new ways to make an impact – bringing best practices from across Temenos and the industry and apply them to your partner accounts.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum 12 years of experience in similar marketing roles

Executive presence and experience in influencing customers and partners

Service provider business and technical knowledge – understand industry and trends, business models and technologies

Ability to synthesize information into simple yet memorable value propositions

Strong writing capabilities for internal and external communications

Systematic approach to sharing knowledge and best practices across a global team

Passion and enthusiasm for banking technology, and Temenos’ vision

High energy, results driven

Prior experience with partner marketing is required
