We’re looking for a creative, passionate, and strategic paid media marketing manager to join Spotify for Artists’ Creator Marketing team in New York — a cross-functional group dedicated to helping music creators and their teams shine. You’ll help shape our communications to the music industry — artists, labels, managers, songwriters, and more. The role will sit within the Creator Marketing team and report into the Associate Director of Growth and Programs, working on campaigns across our franchises and strategic goals.
New York or Remote Americas
You’ll run all Spotify for Artists paid media campaigns—driving revenue, search traffic, content series views + consumption, product/feature awareness, social channel growth, and top of funnel traffic. You may also run app download and other campaigns as strategic needs arise. Additionally, you’re likely to run owned channel (non-paid) campaigns from time to time and to work on other Growth team initiatives to grow our user base and our engagement.
What You’ll Do:
Own all campaign execution across FB, IG, TW, LI, SNAP, YT, Display, Search, and other platforms, ensuring cost effective spends and impact
Coordinate asset trafficking with internal stakeholders
Lead strategy and execution for improving campaign performance
Analyze and report on campaign performance on a regular basis
Work closely with the entire Creator Marketing team to drive strategic and business goals
Discuss campaign optimizations with contacts at media platforms
Design individual campaign level optimization strategies.
Drive down CPA, CPC, and CPV
Send emails and other owned channel comms
Who You Are:
4+ years of strong tactical executional abilities for all paid media channels, including but not limited to social platforms, adwords, and app stores
Fluent in campaign analysis and reporting across all standard paid media KPI
Well versed in platform specific creative and performance best practices
Strong familiarity with marketing funnels, attribution analysis, and ROAS, Margin, + LTV/CAC frameworks
Able to work autonomously with strong organizational and collaborative skills
Effective communicator who enjoys cross-functional projects
Thrives in environments that require a lot of context switching and managing multiple priorities
Existing understanding of music ecosystem audiences a plus, but not required.
