Operations Manager
£50,000 – £65,000 depending on experience
40 Hours, predominately Monday to Friday

We are growing our portfolio of business and due to growth we are now looking for an Operations Manager to join our London Region. If you are are either an existing General Manager or an Accounts Manager ready for a move into Operations, this may well be the opportunity for you. We have an exciting portfolio of clients that are across a number of sectors including fashion, media, financial sector, or high street. You will be responsible for managing up to 12 contracts in the London area, have full accountability for finacial performance, leading a team of General Managers, projects, monitoring workflow and client relationships.
What would we’d like from our Operations Manager:
Possess great organisation skills, exceptional communication skills and a proactive attitude
Full of energy and ideas that you can bring to our sites and our teams encouraging them to be involved and motivated
High standard of secondary education
Have a successful progressive background in catering, hospitality, retail at the relevant level
Excellent problem-solving skills and be able to devise and implement strategies to benefit both the company and the client.
Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service and be able to demonstrate your analytical approach to problem solving
Excellent understanding of report writing and financial management
