We are immediately hiring a Sushi Chef for our new restaurant opening in Fort LauderdaleResponsibilitiesManage inventory levels for a wide range of raw fish and other ingredientsPrepare all types of sushi including nigiri, sashimi, & handrollsAcute attention to detail in the food preparation process, mastering quality controlComply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standardsFoster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workersQualifications or RequirementsJapanese cuisine experienceAbility to listen to and facilitate special requests from our clientsExceptional and proven sushi workspace management abilityStrength in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progressOutstanding communication skillsAbility to create a positive, fun, and exciting environment by interacting with our clientsUp to date with culinary trends and sushi preparation processesAbout sushi by bou:Our classic Sushi By Bou experience includes a timed chef’s choice 12-piece omakase.
