Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Social Media Manager to assist in the growth of the brand by raising awareness through various social media platforms. Unique Threads is a custom suit brand based in Atlanta, GA. We specialize in menswear, our product include suits, sport coats trousers and the like. The Social Media Manager will create content calendars, develop and distribute text and video-based content, monitor social media channels and support promotional and marketing efforts. This individual should also have experience with men’s fashion and be able to create content specific to the brands target audience.Responsibilities may includeAssist with the design and execution of social media campaigns to increase followers on popular social media websites such as Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedInCreate weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote company brands on various social media websitesHelp create content as dictated by the monthly editorial calendar to promote sales, blogs and productsDistribute content such as blogs, infographics, testimonials, videos and press releases on social media and other outletsTrack social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalabilityInteract with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company’s social pagesSkillsHigh School degree required. Bachelor’s degree in digital communications or related field such as advertising or Journalism preferredImpeccable oral and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskExperience with the major social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Google +, LinkedIn etc.Knowledge of social media analytics software including Facebook Insights, Google Analytics and Twitter Analytics to track audience engagement and campaign performanceExperience with content management systems and image/video editing softwareFamiliar with multi-social posting through programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpotComfortable with working with Microsoft Office and Adobe SuitesGeneral knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web contentAn ideal Social Media Manager will have an in-depth knowledge of social media platforms. The intern will be comfortable creating and managing multiple social media accounts, developing content to inform, educate and engage the brand’s audience to increase awareness and achieve marketing goals.
