Position Description:

We are searching for an experienced Marketing Communication Specialist to help develop and implement business-to-business marketing plans that leverage digital media with an emphasis on social media and email marketing. In this position, you will work closely with other marketing specialists, sales teams, and outside agencies to plan and execute programs that advance the Association’s growth goals and our brand position in the marketplace.
Collaborate with marketing specialists to develop and publish content that successfully highlights the Association’s expertise via social media networks.
Research trends and identify opportunities to apply best practices that raise our visibility through corporate blogging and outreach via Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and other social networks.
Post the Association’s social content, manage our social media accounts, and assist with writing and editing. Monitor engagement with our content and help plan and execute response strategies as needed.
Collaborate with our marketing automation specialist to plan and implement email marketing campaigns that sustain brand awareness and help generate and nurture sales leads.
Work within Salesforce Pardot and Salesforce Engage to create, execute and monitor results of email marketing initiatives. Produce and share reports that summarize results of email campaigns.
Guide sales teams in how to use Salesforce Engage to support their individual selling efforts.
Help maintain Association websites by working in a content management system to add, delete and update content as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
5 to 7 years of experience in business-to-business marketing with an emphasis on social media operations and email marketing.
Ideal candidate will have prior experience with Salesforce Pardot and Salesforce Engage or similar tools and prior experience working in a website content management system.
Preferred Qualifications:
4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree
