JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the marketing apprentice is responsible for learning and implementing the knowledge, skills and behaviours learnt during the apprenticeship. Designed to generate technology awareness, brand identity, lead generation and solution selling. This role works closely with product management and sales to create effective marketing materials for social media, ongoing marketing activities and new product launch packs. The role is responsible for assisting in creating unique selling propositions and marketing messaging for professional and commercial solutions with a strong focus on the customer experience. Translating unique selling propositions into campaign messages published through varied communication channels, this position assists in managing internal team of digital and marketing specialists and product managers and outsources to third party marketing vendors and service Providers.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in creating appropriate communication strategies and identify appropriate marketing tactics to achieve business goals.Assist in developing marketing campaign plans, including schedules and success criteria and feedback measurementsWork closely with the sales marketing coordinators to develop effective support strategiesAssist in developing and managing annual marketing communications budget.Learn about digital marketing strategy, content and campaigns. Assist with managing our internal and external communication channels such as Web,SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and traditional and digital advertisingAssist in creating Marketing campaigns.Learn about web-site development activities and ensure on going updates of all corporate marketingAssist in Managing and optimizing external vendor digital marketing spend.Create and manage online communities.Maintain the corporate branding style guide and coordinate use, and work with internal & external partners to develop marketing collateral according to branding guide.

Required Education / Experience
GCSE’sRelevant experience in Marketing will be an advantage
