The role

Based at our headquarters in London, you will be working with experienced professionals in a diverse, successful, collaborative and supportive team. This role will operate across multiple functional areas and will include a mix of strategic project work and ongoing tactical activities. This is a pivotal supporting role to the Marketing and Business Development team.

Some of the responsibilities include:

Prepare and issue corporate announcements, marketing materials and social network content Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations (internal and external) Prepare proposals, presentations and supporting docs Coordinate marketing activities between offices, divisions and teams Support offices and internal teams with marketing / BD activities Event planning (external and internal) Support the existing international office network with new work enquiries Ensure that the brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts

Skills / Experience Required

Applicants must be authorised to work in the UK without restrictions.

Work-experience in Professional Services (ideally within the insurance or legal industries) Experience dealing with Marketing and Communications matters Strong interest and willingness to learn is key A self-starter who is able to work on their own and use their initiative Effective time management, organisational skills and high attention to detail A confident communicator – both written and verbal Proficient user of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Native speaker or native-like proficiency in English. Spanish as a second language would be a bonus
