What’s On Your Plate?
Strategic problem solving – help in identifying and devising current challenges and
Develop business cases to defend initiatives and seek approvals
Lead tmart special projects end-to-end and across different departments
(commercial, operations, logistics, marketing, finance, inventory and others)
Put in place project management governance (ideally using agile methodologies) and
develop framework to keep track of action plan and follow-up with all stakeholders to
deliver on time and with expected outcome
Define main KPIs that will be affected by each project, and closely monitor the
performance of those during and after project launch to measure the effectiveness of
the implemented actions
Gather and analyze data to articulate point of views and support recommendations
Run workshops and planning sessions when needed to make sure all involved parties
are on the same level of alignment
Regularly report the progress of the project to management and involved
stakeholders, while highlighting the blockers / risk factors and the actions
recommended to mitigate those
Run market analysis and gather insights from multiple sources to develop and test
Run consumer insights collection initiatives to maintain a customer-centric approach
and bring solutions that will actually improve customer satisfaction

Strong communicator and stakeholder manager – you will be working across
numerous markets/teams and liaising with senior team members
Highly organized with 5+ years project management experience
Comfortable with ambiguity with the confidence to work independently
Ability to use data to tell stories and present them clearly and confidently
You are someone energized by the unknown and look forward to learning each day
on the job.
You have excellent analytical and communication skills, and always like to be hands-on with several tools.
