Highly motivated, committed and well-trained employees are the essential prerequisite for Ravensburger ‘s success!In addition to competitive total compensation and rewards, we offer a collaborative and creative working environment!SUMMARY: The Logistics Manager is managing and strategically developing inbound, outbound and warehousing including all aspects of the business relationship between Ravensburger and any 3PL partner, as well as all aspects of order management, including Ravensburger’s Customer Service Team.In this role, you are responsible and the enabler for the overall performance of Customer Service and Logistics for a fast growing consumer driven business in North America, including Canada. You will be reporting into the North American organization but will also be functionally part of a global supply chain organization based out of Germany.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Strategic development and ongoing execution of inbound, outbound and warehouse operations in NAContract and Relationship Management with 3PL to align with business objectivesManaging all facets of 3PL service operations (receiving, inventory management, shipping, returns, VAS)Manage safety, quality, service and cost for the complete NA logistics operationAccurate and consistent data collection/analysis and reporting of 3PL activities to drive fact-baseddecisions/recommendations, e.g. warehouse capacity, on-time performance, accuracy etc.Development and execution of the order handling process as well as management of Ravensburger’s Customer Service TeamAssures that customer accounts receive the required level of support and establish standardsManaging and optimizing chargebacks, including review, research, dispute and process optimizationSupport and develop the company’s Key Account Management approach with Customer Operations leads handling all aspects of a customers needs (Walmart, Target, Amazon and B&N) as well as establishing relationships with main retailer logistics departmentsPerformance management and tracking based on KPI’s and Continuous Improvement (CI)Unite and inspire organization and connect around shared agenda with S&OP, Sales, Finance, MK, HREnsure high employee satisfaction and attendance and Promote teamwork and cooperation among team membersP&L and budget responsible for area of responsibilitySupport and lead projects as assignedRQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:· Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent combination of work experience and education· Minimum of seven to ten years’ experience in logistics and supply chain· Minimum of three years 3PL and/or warehousing experience required· Order Management Process improvement experience· Management of Customer Service Teams· Experience of working with larger US retailers· Experience transitioning complex multi-channel business to new warehouse provider· Must be able to analyze and comprehend complex data· Must be able to motivate and develop teams and individuals in successfully completing duties· Must inspire trust and build a culture of integrity and safety awarenessJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to $140,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:Our company is adhering to the current CDC Guidelines.Education:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Microsoft Office: 5 years (Required)Work Location: One location
