Job Description

Manage our global Manager Onboarding program: ensure program effectiveness and drive the needed design improvements based on data
Develop innovative and agile learning strategies to help our new managers onboard, grow and thrive at Meta
Partner with HRBPs and L&D Business Partners to ensure these strategies and plans are high-impact, relevant, and appropriate for managers in all orgs and regions
Work effectively with the L&D, People Experience and business teams to deliver high priority learning initiatives
Design systems to enable the L&D team to get out of the classroom and meet learners where they are at
Develop engaging and impactful learning experiences that can be scaled across Meta
Maintain and improve current programs and products to ensure our learners continually receive the highest impact learning experiences
Build partnerships with stakeholders and partners (Onboarding, People Experience, People Analytics, IT, People Operations) to assess, report, and swiftly respond to progress and challenges related to our learning strategies
Support and align with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Recruiting, and other internal learning initiatives that have impact on our manager population
Build and manage relationships with our external network of vendors. Ensure quality, effectiveness, and accountability to our Meta culture, standards and processes
Provide subject matter expertise, instructional design, and occasional facilitation for L&D manager programs

10+ years experience as a Learning and Development professional
8+ years experience in instructional design
Demonstrated manager development experience, from first time managers to experienced, senior managers
Proven expertise in stakeholder management, driving action, and change management across an international organization

Experience in designing and implementing innovative development programs that include multiple components and modalities and create positive business impacts and buzz
Familiar with best practices in designing modern learning experiences (learner centricity, community and peer learning, LXPs etc.)
Knowledgeable on current innovations in learning, development, and in remote learning environments
Track record in Technology industry
Bachelor’s Degree
