During your tenure as Leadership Development Programs Manager, you will design, develop and monitor the leadership development programs delivered to all Deloitte Middle East (DME) leaders including Partners and Directors; seek efficiencies in learning processes and programs and conceptualize, design and assist in the implementation of DME learning practices. You will also be responsible for the following:
Review the DME level learning catalogue and draft the learning outcomes for all leadership development programs based on the understanding of the global talent standards
Act as a subject matter expert in leadership development and manage all design and delivery decisions including identification of key learning requirements, appropriate delivery and assessment methods and appropriate duration for all leadership development programs
Conduct editorial and quality reviews on sections of the leadership development training content to ensure that it is aligned with the learning standards and expectations
Liaise with third party providers to source training content (if required) to be used during leadership development trainings
Participate in the leadership development program delivery activities as and when required. Ensure that leaders are supported, and their inquiries are responded during trainings
Consolidate and analyze employee feedback to identify improvement areas of each leadership development training and make the necessary modifications for all further trainings
Participate in leadership development initiatives/ projects led by wider Deloitte regions (e.g. NSE)
Manage the tasks/ activities, which originate from any leadership development initiatives/ projects led by wider Deloitte regions (e.g. data collection, reporting, DME level implementation, etc.)
Support activities related to Partner Induction as and when needed
Coordinate and handle the completion of ad-hoc report requests from business leaders

Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of experience including leadership development experience, preferably in a similar professional services firm
Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in learning, education or a related field
Knowledge of best practices in Learning and Development is essential
Experience in any of these areas is required: training needs analysis, adult learning methodologies, instructional design, curriculum management, corporate training, project management and digital learning
Strong strategic thinking abilities, excellent organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal and time-management skills
Ability to communicate professionally with partners and high-level executives
Excellent level of technical proficiency in Leadership Development
Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluency in English (reading, speaking, and writing). Preference will be given to bilingual candidates (Arabic/English)
