We are comprised of emergency, critical care, cardiology, internal medicine, neurology, & soft tissue surgery and we are looking to expand our IT Department!Job PurposeTo be responsible for overall support and maintenance of the IT Department throughout all ACCESS locations. To work in conjunction with the IT Director to maintain all IT operational flow and equipment to properly support all hospital locations. All employees are expected to uphold the ACCESS principle of Quality, Integrity, Compassion and Service.Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for assisting the IT Director with IT related tasks. Including but not limited to:Computer setup and configurationComputer maintenance (Windows updates, profile clearing, etc.)Network location patchingNetwork cablingComputer and printer troubleshootingGeneral network troubleshootingHardware inventoryPhone placement and configuringComputer maintenance (Windows updates, profile clearing, etc.)Oversight of IT equipment performance and maintenance with the IT DirectorCoordinating repairsReceive, review and Manage all IT requests/ticketsSupport IT issues with consistent and efficient follow through so that the staff has a partner in successful problem solvingGeneral facility oversight and knowledge, including handling or delegation of first response for urgent facility needs.Responsible for partnering with IT Director for IT projects as assigned. Including but not limited to:Contacting outside vendors / contractorsObtaining project quotes and necessary approvals to proceedOversight of project from beginning to endResponsible for general facility maintenance.
