DescriptionAbout our opportunity: We are the internal recruitment partner working with an exceptional business in the tech space; we are presenting an exciting new career opportunity for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to make a real impact to the future in the culture of our partner’s business.Our partner is a young, high-growth business in a revolutionary sector and is going through an exciting period of rapid growth that they want to invite you to be part of.Reporting into the CEO, the HR Manager will be responsible for the delivery of their people strategy, influencing the approach in attracting, engaging, developing, encouraging, and retaining their people to aid their performance against exciting, anticipated growth plans of more than doubling in size with the recent closing of a £2M investment.Working cohesively with peers and Managers, you will aim to continuously attract and retain the best talent whilst developing and embedding their culture too.We are looking for someone who will thrive in the prospect of taking ownership of the above and have the passion to implement new ideas/processes to support the business growth. You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment where people are truly valued.Key areas of the role will include: Delivery of the businesses people plan, you will focus on areas such as:Attracting new talent and ensuring the retention of existing and new talent.Retaining the organisation’s cultural values whilst the company rapidly grows.Investing in, supporting and coaching Managers to reach their potential as recognised Leaders in the business.Succession planning, talent acquisition and learning & development.Providing support to SMT and CEO on best practicesEnsuring a solid HR function in the business including having policies and procedures in place.Ensuring that the reward strategy meets the needs of the business and delivers on both recruitment and retention goals.RequirementsWho we are looking for: The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the followingPrevious experience of working within the Technical / IT industry is a mustExperience in a similar role in a, high growth startup / scale upAbility to work with and manage IT professionals to gain the best from all employeesA proven track record in HR ManagementA track record of designing and building the systems and processes to underpin the rapid scaling of people in a high growth, high-performance organisations, whilst maintaining the current cultural valuesAble to demonstrate a track record of successful delivery across recruitment, employee growth, culture, and engagementThe ability to support managers and people on a day-to-day basis.A genuine passion for people.
