Head of Inclusion
Job description
I am Louise Youngman, Executive Director of People at Scope. I have created a new Head of Inclusion role in my team. This role will help us put equality, diversity and inclusion at the heart of everything we do. I am looking forward to bringing in and working with an experienced leader in this field.

I like to think we’re a welcoming team and we’re up for the changes we need to make. My own experience has been that Scope is a great place to work where you can make a real difference. Scope is a pan disability charity, where a quarter of our colleagues tell us they are disabled or have a condition or impairment. We’re a vibrant and passionate workforce, though we know we could always be more diverse. This can be a remote based role with occasional travel to London. We have embraced our new flexible ways of working. If you’re interested in learning more, please do drop me an email. You can contact me on louise.youngman@scope.org.uk

Permanent – 35 Hours per week
