We are looking for a Finance Controller for MENA region responsible for providing financial leadership, strategic guidance & input and to assist by providing relevant financial information and analysis for decision making purposes to the MENA management team. Your contribution will lead to proper project controlling, reduction in costs, optimization of business processes and contribute to the increase of profitability for the respective business units, product lines and overall company performance.

Your tasks
The main responsibilities including but not limited to:
Developing corporate planning, control, and reporting systems in accordance with headquarters’ standards and guidelines
Establishing and preparing monthly ratio analysis for all business units and providing feedback on management level regarding deviations
Executing the forecast and planning process and support all involved organizational units
Plan- Actual-Forecast comparison and introduction of counteracting measures in case of deviations
Supporting the BU Controlling in the headquarters with their respective entity specific queries
Preparing the ad-hoc analysis according to the needs of the different business units
Providing decision relevant information regarding planning and controlling of the subsidiary
Executing the risk assessment
Participating in special projects and take charge of the project management in sub-projects
Implementing an efficient project controlling in accordance with headquarters’ standards and guidelines
Implementing the planning and controlling tools for business units as well as providing KPI’s relevant for the respective decision-making process in consideration of headquarters’ standards and guidelines
Controlling the fulfilment of cost reduction targets, project targets, profitability targets and cost center results and to introduce counteracting measures upon consultation with the management
Ensuring compliance with respective local and international regulations
Preparing adequate reports to present the financial situation of the subsidiary and the respective business units & product lines
Your profile
8-10 years’ experience in finance, including financial planning, business analysis, customer, channel, product and brand profitability assessment, project evaluation, accounting
Knowledge of IFRS
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
Excellent analytical capabilities, attention to detail, deadline-driven
Advance knowledge in SAP and MS Office, especially Excel
Excellent interpersonal skills, team player
