Job Description

Permanent position in a small (in terms of employee number), quiet, yet dynamic family office in Dubai with global business interests across various industries. My client is looking for an energetic person, who understands the concept of a family office and is willing to work in one.

Job Description

Reviewing and cross-checking financial data of the company;
Preparing charts and presentations;
Managing petty cash and recording credit card expenses;
Following up with banks and various vendors/suppliers;
Ensuring incoming invoices are in line with VAT legislation requirements and initiating payment requests;
Researching and analysing data;
Drafting basic contracts and letters;
Assisting the Office Manager with admin tasks, as and when required;
Providing any other assistance to the management of the group as and when needed;

Successful candidate should possess the following qualities and skills:

Mature and responsible;
Able and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks;
Possess a basic understanding of finance and accounting aspects of a business;
Attentive to details;
Proactive and efficient;
Able to work on own initiative as well as in a team;
Professional, discreet and trustworthy;
Dedicated and highly organised;
Able to multitask and prioritise tasks;
IT literate with a strong command of Ms Excel and Ms PowerPoint;
Capable to provide exceptionally high-quality deliverables;
Possess at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Salary 15,000 AED
