AECOM is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager based in Atlanta, Georgia office.
The candidate should work under general supervision, oversees the day-to-day operations of a group of Facility Maintenance employees. Responsible for training and development of subordinate staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, and meeting completion dates. Interprets and ensures consistent application of organizational polices. May also supervise Maintenance Workers.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
+ Ensures, directly and through subordinates, that projects are completed on time and to company standards
+ Provides periodic progress reports to senior management
+ Has financial and project management responsibilities for the project
+ Responsible for the creation of work plans and task definitions, oversees data collection and develops solutions to business/client problems with a focus on financial analysis and improvement
+ May provide solutions to business/client challenges developed from a foundation of understanding or analysis of business practices and goals
+ May lead/mentor team of consultants and/or other staff

+ BA/BS plus 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
+ Valid Driver’s License
